New nook FAQs

I have a problem that is unlisted. Where can I submit a support question? My nook works fine except for the fact it will not go to the last page read on books I am reading. Thanks

Hi, Bob! According to other users at the official BN eBooks Support board, the last page read issue has appeared prior to and after the v1.1.0 and v1.1.1 updates. You can definitely chime in on the official board to let BN know that there is a problem. BN staff like Phil K. and Kevin patrol the boards and share info with the software developers.

Unfortunately, as of now, reporting at the forum is the most efficient way to report bugs.
